All reservations will be confirmed directly by the Hotel Sabana Park reservations department.


- Reservations will be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or any other expedited means once payment has been processed and confirmed.
- Rates are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP).
- Rates are NET.
- The policy established here applies only to INDIVIDUAL reservations (10 or fewer rooms).

- A valid ID will be required from each guest upon check-in at the hotel's front desk (reception).

To guarantee your reservation confirmation, at least the first night's stay must be paid. You can pay for your stay using the following payment methods:

You can pay for your stay directly at the HOTEL SABANA PARK front desk using cash, credit, or debit card.

For ADVANCE payments at check-in with a credit card, a Non-Contact Payment (NCP) form will be sent. This form must be completed correctly and returned along with a copy of the credit card listed on the form. The payment will be considered complete once the amount due has been deposited into the bank account provided by Hotel Sabana Park. Full payment for the accommodation must be received upon check-in.

- Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early Check-in: From 10:00 AM onwards, subject to prior request and hotel availability. The cost will be half the nightly rate for the requested day. If you check in before the indicated time, the cost will be equal to a full night's accommodation.
- Late check-out: Until 5:00 PM, subject to prior request and hotel availability, the cost will be half the rate of the last night of the requested day. After this time, the rate of the last night's stay will be charged.
At check-in, a credit card will be required as a guarantee for your stay and any additional charges incurred during your visit. It is mandatory to complete the online payment form.

- Modifications to the reservation are subject to hotel availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Early departures: It is imperative to inform the hotel during check-in if there are any changes to the reserved departure date. Failure to provide this information will result in a charge of one night's stay as a penalty.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation, it must be done 24 hours prior to the check-in time (3:00 PM). If this is not done and/or the guest is a no-show, a penalty of one night's accommodation will be charged.

Payment is mandatory for this service. In all cases and without exception, a penalty of one night's accommodation will be charged for each reserved room that is not used.

- Guests must be of legal age (18+ years) to make a reservation at HOTEL SABANA PARK.
- If the reservation includes a minor (under 18 years), the minor must present their birth certificate accompanied by their parents. If accompanied by someone other than their parents, they must present a notarized parental authorization form and the identity documents of the parents and/or legal guardian.

- In the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure, the value of the canceled stay will remain as a CREDIT BALANCE, which may be redeemed until December 31st of the current year, subject to availability and acceptance by the Hotel.

In the extraordinary event that a CREDIT BALANCE exists at the end of the event and/or stay, it may be redeemed until December 31st of the current year, subject to availability by the Hotel, for ACCOMMODATION only.

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- The hotel is exempt from all liability for the loss of items not stored in the safe provided in the room.

- We consider that lodging includes one additional person and therefore incurs a charge, starting at 6 YEARS OF AGE.
- Children (0-5 YEARS OF AGE) do not incur a charge.
- Children (6-11 YEARS OF AGE) incur a charge of COP $120,000 before VAT, including breakfast.
- Children (OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE) incur a charge of 100% of the additional person rate ($150,000) before VAT, including breakfast.
- Additional adults (OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE) incur a charge of COP $150,000 before VAT, including breakfast. Crib: Subject to availability, incurs a charge of COP $90,000, before VAT.

- For extended stays or group bookings (MORE THAN 10 ROOMS), additional and specific policies will apply and will be communicated at the time of the quote and booking confirmation.
- We are a smoke-free hotel. In case of detecting odor, smoke, and/or any residue, a penalty equivalent to USD $200 will be charged.
- We do not offer a pet-friendly environment. Thank you for your understanding.
